Exclude the use of acids, retinol, scrubs 7 days before the procedure;
Preparation for procedure
Before face resurfacing, it is recommended to perform biorevitalization / bioreparation / plasma therapy to enhance responses to dermal stimulation 2-4 weeks before the procedure;
Before face resurfacing, it is recommended to perform atraumatic ultrasonic cleaning for patients with combination and oily skin types (7-10 days before the procedure);
Limit alcohol consumption 2 days before the procedure;
If there is a history of herpetic eruptions and resurfacing will be carried out in the areas of rashes, it is recommended to start anti-relapse therapy 2 days before the procedure (Acyclovir 200 mg orally, 1 tablet every 6:00, course dose 1600 mg or 8 tablets).
The use / use of systemic and topical retinoids during the CO2 resurfacing period is a contraindication to the procedure. CO2 resurfacing can be carried out 3 months after the cancellation of systemic retinoids (if the loading course dose was reached) and 1 month after the cancellation of topical agents;
Avoid active tanning of the treated area 4 weeks before sanding. The presence of a fresh, pronounced tan on the skin is a contraindication to the procedure;
How procedure is going through
For three days, exclude skin contact with water where the grinding was carried out;
Care after procedure
Treat with "Chlorhexedine" solution, then apply "Bepanten plus" / "Cicaplast" / "Solcoseryl" or other products prescribed by a dermatologist in the morning and evening, while the crusts hold. As you feel dry, you can repeat the application throughout the day. Solcoseryl gel can be applied at night ;
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, do not go to a solarium, do not sunbathe for three weeks after laser resurfacing;
Before going outside, apply sunscreen SPF 50 and above, renew that 2:00;
Avoid mechanical impact on the area after grinding (friction, pressure, etc.);
After climbing crusts - moisturize the skin with a cream;
Do not use scrubs, peels, or other exfoliating products for three weeks;
Do not visit the bathhouse, swimming pool, sauna for seven days after the procedure;
